Following the completion of the consultation period, we’re happy to report that the replacement of the CentrePoint staircases will go ahead.

We expect the contractor to start very shortly (if not today!).

We expect the work to last about 6 weeks during which some noise will be inevitable but should be limited to working hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

It seems that The Canopy has applied for a permanent structure in the rear
garden to replace the marquee once it comes down.

The consultation period apparently started on April 24 and all comments must be received by MAY 26!

On April 15, 2009, the Planning Inspectorate rejected the appeal by The Canopy tenants to keep the marquee. They now have 9 weeks to take it down.

We're looking for volunteers in this area to help clean-up some of the litter affecting Limekiln Dock. All you need is some time and energy, and to turn up ready to go!!! Everyone is welcome. Wellington boots, gloves and socks will be provided.
